Mindfulness Shop was created to provide people with an array of products that promote mental wellbeing and self-reflection. We believe that being mindful and taking care of your mental health are essential to living a healthy and balanced life.
Founded by Valerie Noseng, LMSW, a therapist who works with people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, the shop offers a wide selection of products to help people find balance in their lives, increase self compassion, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Why Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment. It involves being aware of your thoughts and feelings without judging them. Practicing mindfulness can help to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your ability to manage emotions. Practicing mindfulness can also help to cultivate greater self-awareness and self-compassion.
There are many ways to practice mindfulness. One way is to sit quietly in a comfortable position and focus on your breath. Pay attention to the sensations of your breath as it moves in and out. Other mindfulness practices include grounding techniques, body scanning, and mindful meditation.
